# Sequestro / Cobrança

**Sequestro** é quando um jogador **tira a liberdade de outro**, mantendo ele contra a vontade em algum lugar, geralmente pra conseguir algo em troca (dinheiro, informação, vantagem, etc.)

**Cobrança** é a ação que acontece **após um sequestro**, quando o personagem decide **resolver pendências passadas com outro jogador dentro do RP**.

A cobrança **precisa ter um motivo claro e objetivo**, baseado em ações anteriores dentro do jogo. Nada pode ser feito sem contexto. Consulte: [RDM](/regras-gerais/regras-gerais.md#rdm).

## Restrições

Fica vedado no ato de sequestro ou cobrança:

* Sequestrar ou realizar cobrança de médicos em serviço.
* Sequestrar ou realizar cobrança em [áreas safes](/regras-gerais/areas-safes.md).
* Sequestrar ou realizar cobrança sem um RP prévio ou abordagem.

Caso você esteja sendo sequestrado, após ser algemado, fica proibido realizar chamado ou entrar em contato de qualquer maneira remota com outros jogadores.

## Obrigações

Fica obrigado no ato de sequestro ou cobrança:

* Utilização de Silenciador sombrio (Algema).
* Utilização de Véu da noite (Capuz).
