# Resgate

Considera-se **resgate** quando houver **provas evidentes** de que um aliado esteja **rendido** ou sendo **mantido como refém**.

* É **proibido** realizar resgates em **ações fechadas e marcadas**.
* É **proibido** realizar resgates **dentro de Áreas Safes**. Fora desses locais, o resgate é **permitido**.
* No contexto de resgate, **desde que existam provas evidentes**, **não se aplica a regra de Honra Bruxa** (Consulte: [Honra Bruxa](https://docs.withergate.com.br/regras-gerais/acoes#honra-bruxa)).
